Scottsdale, Ariz.-based HonorHealth inked a deal to purchase the remaining interest in 26 FastMed urgent care centers.
The urgent care centers are currently operated as a joint venture between FastMed and HonorHealth. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close this summer.
HonorHealth will add the 26 urgent care centers to the seven locations it already independently operates and plans...
