The home care veteran Jeff Bevis is taking on a new challenge as CEO of Concierge Care, a nurse registry platform.
A co-founder of FirstLight Home Care and most recently the COO of Caring Senior Service, Bevis has been in home care franchising for nearly two decades. Now, he’s taking the helm of Concierge Care, where caregivers won’t be working for his company, but with them instead.
“It’s a nurse registry model, so we do not provide care directly, nor do we employ the caregivers directly. We are a referral service,” Bevis told Home Health Care News. “There’s a distinct difference, because the caregivers we’re referring clients to are 1099.”
