Highmark is offering members two new virtual platforms for musculoskeletal pain and alcohol use disorder.

The payer is launching Well360 Motion, a Sword Health-powered musculoskeletal care platform, for members in employer-sponsored plans.

The move aims to cut down on musculoskeletal-related disease spending, which outpaces cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes or maternity care spending among Highmark employer-sponsored members.

The Well360 Motion platform provides members with wearable devices and a paired tablet that allows them to receive guided movement feedback...
