The purchase is part of HHAeXchange’s ongoing growth, including recent acquistitions of Cashe and Generations

NEW YORK & PORT WASHINGTON, New York—HHAeXchange, a homecare management solutions company for providers, caregivers, managed care organizations and state Medicaid programs, announced it has acquired Sandata Technologies, an innovative technology solutions company for home- and community-based services (HCBS).

This transaction builds upon HHAeXchange’s recent acquisitions of Cashé and Generations. Collectively, these investments support the company’s ongoing advancement efforts and its goal of enabling caregivers, families, providers and payers to deliver the best in-home care. Paul Joiner, CEO of HHAeXchange, will lead the combined business moving forward.
