Similar to last year, we conducted a review of Employer Benefit Guides in an effort to better understand the competitive environment for Telehealth, expert opinion offerings, diabetes management, etc. We analyzed more than 300 open enrollment 2020 benefit guides (including many from the Fortune 100) and highlight key themes emerging for 2020 based on our review. We highlight findings (significant Y/Y changes highlighted in bold in the attached data) from some of the employer benefit guides in the note.
