Sharing our frustrations about our personal experiences with healthcare in the United States can sometimes feel like screaming into the void. Many of us feel that when it comes to our health and our very lives, we are anonymous cogs in a massive machine that just moves us along standardized paths. Sure, we might get some great treatment along the way (if we have enough money or good insurance), but we also might just feel lumped in with the masses and not seen or heard on an individual level.

The encouraging news is that those working in healthcare feel the same frustrations the rest of us do. They want change just as much as we do. They know the industry...
