Healthcare organizations continue to expand their use of AI in data science, but success depends largely on vendor partnerships, according to a new report from KLAS. The report, “Healthcare AI Data Science Solutions 2025: Which Vendors Are Partnering with Customers to Deepen Adoption & Drive Outcomes?” examines how health systems are leveraging AI-driven data science solutions and which vendors are best supporting their customers.

While AI adoption in healthcare has deepened in clinical and population health use cases—such as predicting patients for intervention—expansion into new areas remains slow. Many organizations rely on vendors to guide them through AI implementation, but experiences vary significantly by vendor, the report said.
