The health IT industry took major leaps forward to create a more seamless healthcare experience for patients and providers.

Over a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, and there are still serious challenges ahead for the healthcare system. How will we more equitably distribute COVID-19 vaccines to all patients? How will these new COVID-19 variants impact progress towards herd immunity?

While these are important questions that still need answers, we also have an opportunity to take a step back and look at how far we’ve come in just a year.
