Edison, N.J.-based Hackensack Meridian Health is expanding hospital at home to two more New Jersey hospitals after treating more than 1,000 patients with the care model.
The health system is extending the program to Brick-based Ocean University Medical Center and Stafford Township-based Southern Ocean Medical Center with plans to grow hospital at home to all 18 of its hospitals.
