CMS has approved Georgia’s plan to transition to a state-based ACA exchange called Georgia Access.

Georgia Access will go live on November 1, 2024, according to an Aug. 14 news release. Coverage will begin on January 1, 2025 for consumers who select a plan by December 16, 2024.
