Members of Generation X, defined as those aged 35 to 54 in 2019, beat out all other generational cohorts in their usage of digital health tools to monitor medical conditions and track their health and fitness in a new Redox survey.

In a survey of more than 1,000 American adults, Gen X was found to be 37 percent more likely than Gen Z, 31 percent more likely than baby boomers and 4 percent more likely than millennials to use a mobile app to manage a medical condition.
