An FQHC in Connecticut increased HIV screenings by 11 percent after adopting population health modules from health IT vendor eClinicalWorks.

A federally qualified health center (FQHC) in Connecticut has implemented population health solutions from health IT vendor eClinicalWorks to enhance care quality.

In particular, the Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc. (CIFC) deployed a Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) analytics solution to save time and improve compliance measures.

The institute implemented the model just before the COVID-19 pandemic began, which helped maintain compliance during lockdowns and challenging care settings.
