Tesla Bot, Elon Musk’s new humanoid presented for the first time at the beginning of October, did not revolutionize robotics. Nevertheless, specialized robots are already successfully used in health care: in elderly homes, during surgeries and to bring some joy to children in hospitals.

The most popular is the da Vinci robotic surgical system. 1,199 devices have already been implemented in Europe and 4,139 in the USA. Designed in the 90s, in 2000 it was approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
