The first three months of 2025 have seen more than a dozen mergers and acquisitions in the behavioral health industry.

Here are 12 deals to note since Jan. 22:

  1. San Carlos, Calif.-based April Health and Boston-based Wysa will merge, according to a March 13 news release. April Health partners with primary care providers to provide virtual behavioral healthcare, and Wysa develops AI therapeutic tools.
  1. Private equity firm The Stepping Stones Group acquired Fullerton, Calif.-based Gallagher Pediatric Services, an in-school physical and occupational therapy provider.
  1. Villanova, Pa.-based Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health acquired Strawberry Fields. The State College, Pa.-based company provides care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism or serious and persistent...
