The Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act is stimulating hospitals to employ physicians, according to Fitch Ratings.

In its monthly series “Fitch Focus on Munis,” analysts said the law is tightening hospital-physician relationships and moving more independent physicians toward hospital employment.
