Epic continues to lead the field in patient engagement technology, according to a July 18 report from healthcare analytics firm KLAS.

The Patient Engagement 2025 report is based on feedback from 67 healthcare organizations, most of which are acute care providers.

Here are six key findings from the report:

  1. Seventy percent of Epic users surveyed consider the vendor to be most aligned with their organization’s patient engagement goals.
  2. Epic customers cited the platform’s broad and well-integrated functionality, strategic partnership approach and ongoing enhancements as key factors behind their confidence.
