In cybersecurity and IT, the focus is often on advanced tools, strong leadership and best practices. However, true innovation often emerges from absence—whether in leadership, guidance or technology. My career has been shaped more by what was lacking than what was readily available. Recognizing these gaps has allowed me to develop a leadership philosophy and service approach emphasizing resilience, innovation and adaptability.
