But to Kyna Fong, PhD, CEO and Co-Founder, the ambient voice solution’s main value and differentiator is to look beyond the note to ask “What other actions need to happen?” It can suggest referrals and prescriptions to “set the care plan on the right path and enable that care plan to be followed.”
