As CMS administrator, Oz would have latitude over health coverage for the more than 160 million Americans in Medicare, Medicaid and other health programs

President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to run the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Dr. Mehmet Oz, is seemingly drawing more enthusiasm from Senate Republicans than Trump’s selection to run HHS, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Some GOP senators have not been publicly enthusiastic about Kennedy’s selection.
