U.S. antitrust regulators might not attempt to block CVS Health’s proposed $68 billion takeover of Aetna, according to Bloomberg, which cites a report by Reorg Research.

The report had positive effects on the companies’ shares, although Reorg Research did not disclose the origin of the information. CVS stock spiked 3.1 percent July 12, and Aetna shares increased...
