Springfield, Mo.-based CoxHealth has begun the pre-planning activities for its Epic EHR install, which is slated to be completed by early 2026.

On Dec. 19, CoxHealth said it would be moving from an Oracle Health EHR system to Epic. The EHR install comes as CoxHealth is in a “technology growth journey,” Patrick Murfee, vice president and chief technology officer of the organization, told Becker’s.
