Memora Health’s platform integrates with the electronic health record to automate clinicians’ routine care tasks and streamline care management operations

Health technology company Commure Inc. has acquired Memora Health, a digital care navigation platform. Commure said that Memora will strengthen its existing portfolio of patient engagement, clinical documentation, revenue cycle management, and real-time location system solutions.

San Francisco-based Memora, which helps health systems digitize and automate workflows, had received investment support led by General Catalyst and including participation by two health systems: New York-based Northwell Holdings, the venture investment arm of Northwell Health, and Chicago-based Endeavor Health.
