To begin improving hemodynamic monitoring capabilities in hospitals across Europe, Philips and BD APM (Advanced Patient Monitoring) are partnering. In this way, they aim to make it possible to help more patients. The organizations will work to enable the integration of FloTrac hemodynamic monitoring technology into Philips patient monitors at the bedside. This will provide greater insight into the condition of patients and can improve clinical decision-making.

With this interoperability, integrating BD’s minimally invasive FloTrac technology with Philips patient monitors, continuous insight and proactive decision support is provided.
