Cigna Group CEO David Cordani earned $23.3 million in 2024.

The company reported the earnings of its top executives in its annual proxy report published March 14. Mr. Cordani earned $2 million more than in 2023, when he was paid $21 million in total compensation.

In addition, Eric Palmer and Brian Evanko, CEOs of the company’s health services and insurance divisions, respectively, both earned more in 2024 than in 2023. Cigna has since shuffled its executive lineup, with Mr. Palmer exiting the company. Mr. Evanko will become the new COO, where he will oversee both of the company’s divisions.
