Johns Hopkins Medicine names a new physician in chief, and others take on new roles.

Dr. Marc Gorelick, president and CEO of Children’s Minnesota, has announced his plans to retire in July 2025.

Gorelick has been serving as CEO of the pediatric health system since December 2017. He joined Children’s Minnesota in March 2017, initially serving as chief operating officer.

He said it’s been “the privilege of a lifetime” to lead Children’s Minnesota, and he said the system is poised for more success.
