More CEOs nationwide left their jobs in February than any month since 2020, according to a new report from outplacement firm Challenger, Gray & Christmas.
Here are seven things for ASC leaders to know about February’s record-high departure rates:
1. The number of CEO changes reached 167 in February, up 49 percent from the month before.
2. February’s departure total is up 11 percent from one year prior.
3. February saw the most CEO departures since January 2020, when 219 CEOs left their posts.
