Maryland-based Frederick Health has completed a MEDITECH EHR integration to elevate its precision medicine program.
The integration of Expanse Genomics within the health systems’ MEDITECH Expanse EHR allows Frederick Health providers to order genetic tests, analyze discrete results, and guide effective treatments based on specific genetic profiles directly within the EHR.
Frederick Health has also tapped GenomOncology’s Precision Oncology Platform within Expanse Genomics for expanded access to precision medicine information.
With the platform, Frederick Health providers have access to curated precision oncology information, including clinical trials and approved therapies, to support more informed recommendations for patients.
