You can’t turn anywhere in healthcare that you’re not seeing people burnt out. It’s gotten so bad that it’s now contributing to healthcare workforce issues. COVID hasn’t helped. Over regulation hasn’t helped. And don’t even talk to me about that yoga room either (It’s nice, but not a real solution to burnout).
