Healthcare delivery is not a clear, linear process. Patients and providers often face challenges, including fragmented systems, disconnected data and complicated protocols, leading to a frustrating experience for the patient and unsatisfactory results for the provider.

Physicians already operate under tight margins and limited staff, which can make these additional challenges even harder to balance. Overlooked follow-ups, avoidable readmissions and growing administrative burdens can increase costs, hinder efficiency and fuel burnout. According to a 2024 American Medical Association survey, at least 43.2% of physicians reported experiencing at least one symptom of burnout, underscoring the toll of mounting complexity.
