Missoula, Mont., is the best city for healthcare for people with disabilities, WalletHub found.

Wallethub compared 182 cities across economy, quality of life and healthcare. Each city was scored on 33 metrics, which were graded on a 100-point scale. The scores were then weighted across all metrics to calculate the overall score. For the ranking, Wallethub included only the city proper, excluding cities in the surrounding metro area.

Scottsdale, Ariz., scored the highest across all three metrics with a total score of 62.23 while Gulfport, Miss., had the lowest score of 36.15.
