Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota has named a new COO and expanded the roles of two executives.
David Im, corporate vice president of business operations at Centene, will join BCBS Minnesota as COO, according to a Feb. 5 news release. Mr. Im has overseen enrollment, eligibility and billing at Centene since 2021, according to his LinkedIn profile.
