It’s obviously not medical grade, though may have potential to be helpful in combatting supply shortages since constructed of semi-rigid nylon polymer capable of withstanding repeated use. Sanitization is possible using alcohol or other reagents. The two pieces interlock, and can fit disposable filters or antimicrobial/viral textiles with various pore sizes between the gap to prevent droplet and microbe spread.
