HarmonyCares will implement the use of athenaOne, an AI technology that provides electronic health records & patient engagement capabilities

BOSTON—Athenahealth, Inc., a provider of network-enabled software and services for health care practices, announced that HarmonyCares, a national provider of in-home primary care services for individuals with complex health care needs, has implemented athenaOne, athenahealth’s suite of electronic health record (EHR), practice and revenue cycle management (RCM) and patient engagement capabilities with embedded artificial intelligence technologies.

Company officials said the implementation aims to enhance provider and patient experiences and improve HarmonyCares’ operations. By adopting the cloud-based platform, HarmonyCares’ clinicians will gain access to holistic patient information and user-friendly technology to streamline workflows and improve collaboration among care teams.
