Artificial intelligence-powered devices have proven effective in treating senior living residents’ mental health and combating loneliness. Recently, one assisted living community partnered with a technology platform to increase staff-resident engagement.

The Radcliff Assisted Living community teamed up with senior care communication platform Serenity, using the company’s Alexa-powered devices to streamline operations and increase communication.

AI-powered devices have had a huge role in senior living communities in terms of improving safety and treating physical and mental health. Recently, high school inventors created a virtual friend, Geri, an app using ChatGPT’s artificial intelligence, to help seniors combat loneliness.
