Healthcare organizations need the right blend for a “cloud-smart” strategy that digs into the details of which workloads are right for the cloud. They are learning that just because they can move something into the cloud, it doesn’t always mean that they should. As mergers and acquisitions continue to change the industry’s landscape, organizations may be inheriting redundant applications, aging systems and outdated facilities that could hamper growth.
