America Makes, operating under the guidance of NCDMM, has been granted a remarkable $256M ceiling increase on its third Cooperative Agreement (CA3) with the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). This agreement, initiated in November 2019, now boasts a government share contract ceiling value of $483M over seven years.
