Hackensack Meridian Health, CommonSpirit Health’s Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, and the Health Transformation Alliance will utilize One Medical’s primary care services.

Amazon’s hybrid primary care provider One Medical announced partnerships this week with Hackensack Meridian Health to improve access to care for New Jersey residents, CommonSpirit Health’s Virginia Mason Franciscan Health to increase care access to Seattle residents and the Health Transformation Alliance to expand care options for employers.

One Medical, which Amazon purchased for $3.9 billion in February, is a membership-based primary care organization offering in-person visits and 24/7 virtual care services. The company also enables provider messaging and prescription assistance.
