Amazon Diagnostics provides home sample collection in under 60 minutes and lab results in less than six hours.
Amazon India has introduced Amazon Diagnostics, an at-home diagnostics service that allows customers to schedule lab tests and appointments, as well as access digital reports through the Amazon app.
The service, established under Amazon Medical, provides home sample collection in less than 60 minutes and lab results within six hours across six cities.
It was developed in partnership with Orange Health Labs and is available in Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai and Hyderabad.
In a statement, Amazon Diagnostics said the new service is designed to address challenges, including “long wait times and inconsistent quality of service.”
