Grand Forks, N.D.-based Altru Health System has joined Rough Rider High Value Network, a now 23-independent hospital collaborative.
The collaborative has a combined $1.1 billion in collective revenue and comprises 23 hospitals and associated clinics throughout North Dakota, according to its website.
