Retailers are overwhelmed by AI. That’s understandable because the technology is relatively new, dynamic and so complex that even the communications teams tasked with branding struggle to keep pace with the rapid rate of change. They are also challenged with clearly communicating how the ever-evolving AI will impact the industry.

Without a solid grounding in AI, we’re intimidated by it and its tech masters. And then, hiring the right talent equipped to manage AI and its sibling technologies within our own brands is increasingly difficult, if not impossible.
