The Therapy Network has reduced claim denials by one-third and more than doubled its therapist visit volume. Its therapists now spend less time writing notes and more time seeing patients, and the billing team catches issues before claims go out.

Virginia Beach, Virginia-based The Therapy Network’s five outpatient rehab clinics were bogged down by highly manual workflows in documentation, prior authorizations and scheduling.

THE CHALLENGE

Physical therapists would find themselves spending hours after their patient sessions, typing up evaluation notes and follow-ups. Many of the therapists had to take notes home and work late into the night just to catch up on paperwork.
