Working with consortium’s founding members, Aegis intends to co-develop an ecosystem of synergistic companies that address core clinical and operational pain points

In January 2024, Aegis Ventures, a New York-based venture studio focused on health IT and healthcare artificial intelligence, announced plans to develop a “Digital Consortium,” a group of health systems partnering to build, launch, and deploy digital health products addressing challenges in care delivery and operational efficiency. Now Aegis has named the nine health system partners participating in the consortium.

The health systems collaborating with Aegis include Endeavor Health, Indiana University Health, Memorial Hermann Health System, Northwell Health, Novant Health, Ochsner Health, The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, Sharp HealthCare, and Stanford Health Care. Founding members...
