While all eyes have been on whether (and when) the Supreme Court will hear a challenge in Texas v. United States, other Affordable Care Act (ACA) litigation continues before the Supreme Court, appellate courts, and district courts across the country. This post briefly summarizes the status of many of the lawsuits we are tracking.

Keeping An Eye On The Supreme Court

The Supreme Court will issue at least two ACA-related decisions before the end of its current term: one on the risk corridors program and the other on religious or moral exemptions to the contraceptive mandate. Both decisions are expected before July 2020 and could have implications that extend beyond the ACA.
