Enrollment in marketplace coverage at HealthCare.gov continues to lag even as the December 15 enrollment deadline approaches for the vast majority of states. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released new data that shows that more consumers who enrolled in marketplace coverage last year are maintaining that coverage throughout the year. CMS also released a new final rule with slight changes to its user fee adjustments.
