Trump’s take: Former President Donald Trump has said he has the “concepts of a plan” to replace or improve the Affordable Care Act. His campaign said in a statement that he doesn’t want to “terminate” the ACA, and he hopes to bring down costs by “increasing transparency, promoting choice and competition, and expanding access to new health care and prescription drug options.”
