How do we fix health care?

Let’s begin with some clarity on how our system works.

Medicare covers elderly and disabled Americans. Medicaid helps people with limited resources cover medical costs. These, the Veterans Administration, the National Cancer Institute, the state Children’s Health Insurance Program and many other important programs all provide public, taxpayer-funded, socialized medicine.
