From plans to roll out 20 new programs to aiming to transition all of its customers to TEFCA, here are eight updates on Epic’s operations, software products and partnerships reported by Becker’s Hospital Review in August:

  1. Epic is set to roll out 20 new programs, including features for its EHR, such as AI-powered agents in MyChart and enhanced connectivity between payers and providers.
  2. Epic said it signed on 19 new health system customers during its Users Group Meeting on Aug. 20.
  3. Epic said more than 400 health systems use a predictive model from Epic, while more than 170 organizations have ambient listening integrated into the EHR.
