From two private equity firms striking a deal to take R1 RCM private, to Med-Metrix acquiring a pair of companies, here are seven RCM mergers and acquisitions Becker’s has reported since June 10:
1. Private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners signed a definitive agreement to acquire Knowtion Health.
2. CorroHealth is acquiring Xtend Healthcare from Navient. CorroHealth is acquiring Xtend for a cash consideration of $365 million, subject to customary adjustments. The transaction is expected to close in September.
3. EnableComp acquired denials management company ANI Healthcare Solutions.
