Here are five cardiology ASCs that have recently opened or are in the process of opening, as reported by Becker’s in the last month:
1. The University of Chicago Medicine plans to open a 130,000-square-foot multispecialty care center in Indiana that will provide specialty care, including heart and vascular care and orthopedic surgery, to pediatric and adult patients.
2. The Iowa Clinic is set to open a new outpatient campus in Waukee, Iowa. The ASC will offer gastroenterology, ENT, orthopedics and minimally invasive cardiology procedures, and will house a catheterization laboratory.
3. New York City-based NYU Langone Health received a $75 million donation to construct an ambulatory center in West Palm Beach, Fla. The facility will house internal medicine, orthopedics,...
