On Jan. 28, labor and employment law firm Ogletree Deakins published a blog post highlighting the legal issues that are top of mind for healthcare leaders in 2025.

While unionization among healthcare workers and professionals is not a new phenomena, 2024 and the beginning of 2025 have seen notable spikes in unionization efforts among resident physicians and fellows.
